Technical Product Manager (Cybersecurity) – Europe / Middle East

A fast-growing B2B cybersecurity scale-up is looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape and deliver technically robust product capabilities that solve complex customer challenges.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer needs, working closely with R&D teams, customer-facing stakeholders, and cybersecurity practitioners to define, validate, and deliver impactful product enhancements.

The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business and customer requirements into clear product direction, ensuring solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with broader strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Own the translation of prioritised initiatives into clearly defined Epics and product requirements that engineering teams can confidently scope, estimate, and deliver.

Work closely with stakeholders to validate solutions, challenge assumptions, assess technical feasibility, define MVP scope, and manage trade-offs between speed, quality, and customer value.

Evaluate customer requests, technical improvements, and strategic initiatives to support roadmap prioritisation and product decision-making.

Partner with R&D and go-to-market teams to manage the communication and rollout of new product capabilities, including scope, impact, and known limitations.

Monitor adoption, product usage, and customer feedback to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and future development.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Solutions Engineering within a B2B software environment.

Strong domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

  • Endpoint Security
  • Email Security
  • Threat Intelligence
  • SOC / Security Operations solutions

Strong technical understanding across APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture, scalability, reliability, and operational constraints.

Experience translating complex technical and customer challenges into actionable product requirements. Analytical mindset with experience using both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive product decisions.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align both technical and non-technical teams. Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced product environments is highly desirable.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth cybersecurity company where product decisions are closely connected to customer impact, engineering execution, and business outcomes.
